Stephanie Reiniche is Managing Director of Technology at the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), where she has served since 2003.
She leads the development and administration of more than 100 consensus standards and guidelines—from initial concept through publication and appeals—produced by more than 1,000 volunteer experts.
Ms. Reiniche provides policy and procedural leadership to the committees responsible for ASHRAE standards, guidelines, and addenda, andadvises ASHRAE executive officers on standards-related matters. Her portfolio also includes ASHRAE’s engagement with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), work with both ASHRAE’s Centers of Excellence, and oversight of ASHRAE’s technical services, and research activities. In addition, she leads ASHRAE’s artificial intelligence initiatives. Ms. Reiniche holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public law and government and a Juris Doctor degree.
