Dr. Eng. Răzvan Calotă is Associate Professor at the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, Romania, with professional and research activity in thermal engineering, building services, energy efficiency, heat recovery, and renewable energy systems.
He is President-Elect of ASHRAE Danube Chapter and is involved in the preparation of the ASHRAE Region XIV Europe CRC 2026 in Timisoara. Through his ASHRAE activity, he aims to support technical exchange, student involvement, and closer cooperation between academia and the HVAC&R professional community.
