Ruben Lațcău is Deputy Mayor of Timișoara, responsible for investments, urban regeneration, public transport, and municipal infrastructure. His experience includes managing complex projects, coordinating large teams, and sustainable urban development, which he uses to gradually change the face of the city. Before taking office as Deputy Mayor, Ruben held management positions in the automotive industry, where he gained over 12 years of experience managing engineering teams, budgets, and project deadlines. He strongly believes that all public investments must contribute to creating an urban environment that is friendly and open to people. Passionate about alternative mobility, Ruben Lațcău is a promoter of cycling as a means of transport, often being seen cycling to work.
