Prof. dr. Aleksandar Anđelković is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, where he serves as Head of the Chair and Laboratory for Thermal Engineering and Director of the Center for Energy Innovations.
His teaching and research activities focus on HVAC systems, energy efficiency, renewable energy, indoor environmental quality, and energy performance of buildings and industrial systems. He has more than 15 years of academic and professional experience and has authored or co-authored over 80 scientific and professional papers and delivered more than 100 presentations.
Prof. Anđelković has been an active member of ASHRAE since 2009 and has contributed to the Society through numerous Chapter and Regional leadership roles. He has served in several positions within the ASHRAE Danube Chapter, including Chapter President, Treasurer, and Delegate. At the regional level, he has been actively involved in Young Engineers in ASHRAE, Student Activities, and Research Promotion. He currently serves as ASHRAE Region XIV Research Promotion Regional Vice Chair (RVC). His ASHRAE service has been recognized with the Chapter Service Award, Regional Award of Merit, and Distinguished Service Award.
