Currently serving in a senior leadership role at the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA), she has been a driving force behind national structural reforms, legislative modernization, and the digitalization of the built environment since 2006.
Dr. Ginavar has spearheaded landmark national initiatives, including the drafting of the Territorial, Urbanism and Construction Code (CATUC), the National Long-Term Renovation Strategy, the National Seismic Risk Reduction Strategy, and the conception and implementation of Component 5 (Wave of Renovation) of Romania’s PNRR.
